 Water is cleansing and purification.
 Water is flowing, infinite abundance.

 If we live in an imbalance with the element of water within us, then this has effects on all levels of our being.

 Our bodies begin to retain water, and women in particular often notice this very strongly in the form of water retention in the body - the fashionable condition lipedema, for example, is a physical manifestation of this when we do not live with our energy in a way that is typical of our feminine nature, but instead hold everything back and it accumulates inside us.
